On December 2, 2016 Justice Robert Jenkins threw out the right of Freedom of Speech in Canada at the request of lawyers working for the Government of British Columbia and its agency, the Law Society of Britisah Columbia, when he ordered Mr. Carten to stop giving legal advice to the public, which includes publishing criticism of lawyers and judges on this web site and other blogs, or go to jail and to stop sharing his legal knowledge with members of the public or he go to jail.

The attack against Mr. Carten was initiated to protect a gang of criminals operaiting inside the administration of justice including the BC Ministry of the Attorney General headquarters in Victoria and the Law Society headquarters in Vancouver.

This is the effect of the Court Order Jenkins made.
 
The railroad started on day one of a four day hearing.

Every motion Mr. Carten made in court was denied by Justice Jenkins. 

From the first day, Justice Jenkins proved that he was going to do exactly what the Government of British Columbia wanted.

Again and again, Justice Jenkins refused to remove himself from the case as his bias towards Mr. Carten grew more obvious with every passing day.

Mr. Carten, who was a lawyer for a very long time (22 Years), who graduated from Canada's prestigious Dalhousie Law School and who helped thousands of people with legal matters, is no longer permitted to share his knowledge with anyone and he is not permitted to tell you that he is a lawyer even if he is more skilled than most lawyers in British Columbia due to his understanding of how the legal and judicial mafia works in Canada.

So, the reader is advised that wherever the word lawyer is used to describe Mr. Carten on this web site that word is hereby declared to mean "former lawyer" and the reader is advised that Mr. Carten who many people regard as a fine lawyer may soon be put in jail because the criminal gang operating inside the Law Society some how persuaded Justice Jenkins to break four hundred years of legal jurisprudence that had protected freedom of speech in English speaking countries.

Lawyers for the British Columbia Government, Peter Ameerali, and the Law Society of British Columbia, Angela Westmacott and Michael Kleisinger advised the Court that they wanted the Court Order made quickly to specifically prevent Mr. Carten from helping both Gordon and Catherine Pastula save their farm in litigation based in what appears to lawyer inspired mortgage fraud and John Douglas English and his children in a litigation in another case involving lawyer fraud.

Not all losses in court are losses because after days of argument by legal counsel for the BC Government and its Law Society mouthpieces, Justice Jenkins looked directly at Mr. Carten and said "You' re not crazy" proving that the BC government position was a massive lie from the beginning.

    We watch with some concern the plans for a National Infrastructure Bank and must warn you of the folly this could entail. Mr. Trudeau I believe your financial advisors are only scheming for themselves, do you think Larry Fink actually has the wellbeing of the Canadian citizens in mind?

 In plain English the plans by these so called financials experts that have contrived these ideas are dubious and poised to simply line the pockets of their cronies. Canada can print money for which there is no debt. Instead it continues to borrow money from the International Banking Cabal for which all Canadians must pay interest. Why should a supposedly Sovereign nation such as Canada pay interest on its own money!?

 There are however many solutions which could make everyone happy and prosperous.

COMER vs. Bank of Canada

In early August 2013, two Canadians and COMER “confronted the global financial powers in the Canadian federal court.” They have filed a case against Bank of Canada earlier in 2011, in an effort to return the central bank to the people of Canada by printing its own debt-free currency like it was before 1974.

“COMER contends the Bank of Canada, a publicly owned national financial institution created in the Great Depression, is mandated to provide debt-free support for public projects undertaken by federal, provincial and city governments. Not doing so has deprived Canadians of the benefits of larger infrastructure investments, COMER alleges.

Among other arguments in its court submission, the group alleges Canada ceded its sovereign ability to conduct independent monetary policy to the “secret” deliberations and control of private foreign bankers. This unconstitutional move, COMER argues, was a result of Ottawa’s decision to join several multinational financial organizations, particularly the Bank for International Settlements (BIS).

Headquartered in Switzerland, the BIS is an organization that brings together the central banks from 60 countries to co-operate in the promotion of international monetary and financial stability. Canada joined in 1970.

“It’s by far the most serious and important case I’ve ever done,” said Galati, who gained national prominence in a classic David versus Goliath case last year in which he moved to block Prime Minister Stephen Harper’s appointment of Justice Marc Nadon to Canada’s top bench.

Of the current case, Galati says, “It impacts the entire country in a profound way, right down to the bone of our economics and the history of the way we’ve maintained and lost, through illegal action, our independent monetary policy. It’s huge.””

  The interference of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS)in Canadian Finances is concerning, when one starts to connect the dots between the five biggest banks in Canada, the Regulators, the Bank of Canada and the BIS it becomes clear there is a hidden agenda to defraud and deceive the Canadian public while robbing them blind.

 The plan for a new National Infrastructure Bank is simply continuing down the same road by borrowing money from private parties who expect at least a %7 percent return that will have to be paid by the public to a few wealthy private individuals.
 Canada under its current system of financing could finance this project for less as the Bank of Canada pays less on its debt and is not looking for returns as an investor is, it is simply nation building.

That is one less expensive alternative, the other alternative is to allow for public banking and the creation of debt free 'sovereign' money and use this money to fuel infrastructure projects. Now I know your banker friends will not like this idea as they will not get to collect interest for nothing, however I believe we can even make them some money if you do this right.

 As a nation in order to move forward I would think a starting bargaining point would be a clean slate, in other words Canada will forget the TRILLION dollars in 'interest' payments that the BIS has extorted in return for co-operation down the road to print Sovereign debt free currency from the BIS and its counterparts. Now I know that even that wont make these greedy bankers happy so to show absolute reasonability I would even think about way to create an Infrastructure Bank in a manner that can benefit everyone. The following is a plausible option on structure of financing for national projects that would help the people who need it most, not just the bankers and their billionaire buddies.

 Allow the creation of two new banks, first your National Infrastructure Bank nothing less then a 51%/%49 split should be established, let your banking friends have a %49 stake in the new venture. They can earn their returns on the %49. The burden of ensuring these returns on the Canadian public will be reduced by the fact that the new National Infrastructure Bank will print Sovereign money rather then the current debt based currency in order to finance projects around Canada. The money it saves in interest can help pay investors. Before your banking buddies get their backs up over all this consider the fact that half the money printed will likely make its way back into their coffers one way or very quickly given both the corporate conglomerate state of Canada and our consumer society.

In addition to the new National Infrastructure Bank, the Federal Government needs to get behind projects such as the Postal Workers Unions (CUPW) delivering Community Power plan.

 Restore Public/Postal Banking and invest half the proposed $160 Billion dollar infrastructure investment into the new Postal/Public Bank, use this to help transition Canada into a sustainable energy economy without financially burdening the public. Spread the investment money out so it benefits everyone, clearly the 'trickle down' theory does not work.

(After his public divestment from Pacific Rubiales, the company went bankrupt and changed names.) Giustra co-founded Lionsgate Films [in fact, interloper Frank Giustra hijacked the original company LionsGate from co-founder Stephen Shellen via treacherous co-founder John A. Giustra's relationship with the Clintons began in January 2005, when Bill Clinton spoke at a Giustra-organized fundraiser for Asian tsunami victims. The pair hit it off; later that year, Giustra's private jet took Clinton to South America to deliver four speeches, where the former president collected some $800,000. Giustra also organized a 60th birthday bash for Bill Clinton, booking Jon Bon Jovi and others for the event, according to The New York Times.

Clinton brought to the friendship three things that Giustra lacked: prestige, charisma, and global contacts with heads of state in resource-rich countries. The Clinton Foundation disputes this characterization of the former president's relationship with Giustra, saying Fusion pointed "to no actual contacts [Giustra] made through President Clinton." Many of the governments with whom they partnered are not known for the sort of transparency, good governance, and democracy that Bill and Hillary Clinton routinely call for when discussing American foreign policy.

In September 2005, Giustra and Clinton flew to Kazakhstan together to meet the Central Asian nation's president. Shortly thereafter, Giustra secured a lucrative concession to mine Kazakh uranium, despite his company's lack of experience with the radioactive ore. Within months of securing the Kazakh mining deal, Giustra had donated more than $31 million in all. The Clinton Foundation disputes any suggestion that the former president helped Giustra secure the Kazakh mining deal, citing an online Forbes column that suggested "Giustra, the eminently successful deal maker," had worked out the deal "long before Clinton's arrival."

In 2007, while Hillary Clinton was the frontrunner for the Democratic nomination for president, Giustra pledged to give $100 million to the Clinton Foundation in a New York press conference. More Giustra-connected pledges followed, including $4.4 million from Pacific Rubiales (called Petro Rubiales Energy Corp. in foundation filings) and the firm's other financial backers, according to documents surfaced by investigative reporters at the International Business Times. The Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative to combat global poverty was born.

"The resource sector is prepared to step up and take the initiative off the drawing board and turn it into a reality for developing countries around the world," Giustra said.

Why Colombia?

Although initial details on the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative were sparse in their rollout press conference, the two men knew exactly where they wanted to start spending. They explained their vision together to a Canadian TV outlet in 2007. Clinton leaned back in his chair, relaxed as usual, reeling off charity buzzwords: "broadly-shared prosperity," "sustainable growth," "scalability." Giustra, with his trademark Caesar hairstyle, spoke quietly, rarely changing his facial expression.

"We're going to begin work in Colombia, where the government has already invited us to come," Clinton said.

The interviewer turned to Giustra. Why Colombia?

"We have several interests there in mining and oil and gas," said Giustra in a soft monotone. "I love the people of that country." At least in this case, the foundation's priorities seemed to march in step with the investment interests of its major donors.

Giustra's firm purchased Colombian land from middlemen who had bought it from poor campesino indigenous farmers, according to government data provided to Sen. Jesus Alberto Castilla Salazar, the first campesino ever elected to the Colombian senate. Some of the land on which Pacific Rubiales is drilling appears to have been received from known drug traffickers, whose names appear on the "Clinton List" – a blacklist of mostly Colombian drug-connected businesses and associates, created under President Clinton in 1995 to bar U.S. entities from doing business with drug traffickers [excepting the Clinton syndicate of Mena, Arkansas infamy – right, Willie?].

One of the individuals Pacific Rubiales bought land from was Miguel de los Santos Peña Torres, whom the U.S. Treasury Department connects to a drug operation headed by two thugs whose evocative nicknames translate as "The Crazy One" and "The Knife." Peña Torres was added to the Clinton List in 2010, while Hillary Clinton was secretary of state – around the time that Giustra was buying land from him. The Hillary Clinton campaign did not respond to Fusion's requests for comment.

Castilla, the Colombian senator, told us that Pacific Rubiales used front companies (including something called Major International Oil S.A.) to buy up blocks of land and later lump them together – a conscious effort, he said, to skirt Colombian laws that prohibit single ownership of estates larger than 3,000 acres.

"This has created a grave situation, and they took control of land that was intended for peasants," Castilla said. "Land is at the heart of the conflict in this country and it's very important that small farmers have land. The government has moved in another direction."

An Open Letter for Christy Clark, Premier of BC - Did you think we would go away?

 

We have been silent for some time for several reasons which cannot be explained at this time. As always there is a method, reason and purpose in how we put out information, or why for a time we stay silent. The Financial crimes of many of the Banksters are only possible with the help of our Regulators as many American and Foreign persons as well as Canadian fraud artists set up subsidiaries and companies in Canada with the very intent of using the Canadian Regulators to SHIELD them as they commit crimes. The banking Cabal knows no borders and has infiltrated its people into the highest levels of office of both Canada and the US among other nations, they work to destroy nations from the inside as we are witnessing in the US. Canada is not far behind if we are not careful.

 

 This work is accompanied by control over the Judicial system and Law Enforcement as well as the Military Industrial complex. If you want any more evidence that our Judges cannot be trusted to uphold justice (the law and justice are not the same) we need not look further than the appalling decision of one Canadian 'Judge' to let a mother who killed her newborn escape jail-time.

 Do you think the upcoming election will be a cakewalk? Do understand what is happening in BC? I think you do.. That's why the 'Queen' had you over to England for a visit, we see through the illusions. The Queen is mad that the banking empire that the house of Windsor has run through the City of London is crumbling, the BCSC is a large part of this monster.

 You have had plenty of time to reverse course, yet you continue to destroy and rob Canadians.

 

 Do you think we have not been busy during our silence? I bet you thought a lot of things about us over the past few years as we have brought these issues to your attention. You probably thought we would go away with a good old fashioned 'black-ops' campaign, thought you could get away with twisting the law in BC Supreme Court, thought maybe its all bull?

 

 Christy you always seem to be thinking the wrong thoughts. We are going to destroy the BCSC in front of a national audience and ensure justice is restored in BC come May..

 You've all been watching one hand while you have no idea what the other is up to..

 

 Remember when your 'secret police' thought they bested me by snatching some of my counter-surveillance photographs from London Drugs and told them all how long I had been waiting for them to show up and do so?

 We are always ahead and our preparations for the upcoming election are no different, the Liberals and any other party who seeks to continue the current climate of criminal behavior in every manner will see justice. Do I have to remind you how deep the shit at a pig farm is?
