The BC Securities Commission held two 'preliminary' hearings on Oct 8th and 31st of 2014 in regards to the SPYru/U-GO Brands matter. It has withheld the transcripts to those two hearings from Mr. Christopher Burke and Mr. Peter Harris, we officially request these transcripts. If the BCSC is not able to provide said transcripts we request an explanation as to why they cannot provide them and what has happened to them from Ms. Brenda Leong the CEO of the BCSC. If Ms. Leong cannot provide an answer as to where the missing transcripts are, we request an answer from the Honourable Michael DeJong the BC Finance Minister as to why the BCSC has no transcripts for its Oct 8th and Oct 31st, 2014 'preliminary' hearings on the SPYru/U-GO Brands Inc. matter and why the Finance Ministry would let the BCSC operate in such a manner.
We formally request all internal communications including but not limited to, email communications, recorded/archived mobile or landline phone conversations, in-house hard-copy memos, written letters, and notices etc.
We formally request any and all information including but not limited to email communications between BCSC staff and in-house or outside counsel/council retained by the BCSC regarding Mark and Klaus Glusing. BCSC case and why it was done. A. Request for all information pertaining to total costs associated with the SPYru/U-GO Brands Inc. v. BCSC matter including but not limited to the following itemized list.
Total number of man hours worked and the wages paid to BCSC employees for their work on the SPYru/U-Go Brands file.
B. Total number of man hours worked and the wages paid to outside legal council/counsel in regards to the SPYru/U-GO Brands v. BCSC matter.
C. Total number of man hours worked and wages paid to independent contractors to conduct both physical and electronic surveillance operations on behalf of the BCSC in regards to its SPYru/U-GO Brands case.
D. Total cost of any electronic surveillance equipment purchased by the BCSC and used in regards to the SPYru/U-GO Brands case.
E. Total costs including man hours worked of helicopter surveillance and or flights pertaining to SPYru/U-GO Brands Inc and the activities of its former directors. Including but not limited to any costs related to in-house helicopter flights and any outside helicopter services retained on behalf of the BCSC.
F. The total cost of outside legal council/counsel, including man-hours, worked and wages paid for any work done and all information, evidence and communications pertaining to the SPYru/U-Go Brands v. BCSC case.
G. Total Cost of outside contracted surveillance units hired by either the BC Ministry of Finance, the BC Attorney Generals Office, the RCMP, or the BC Securities Commission in regard to the SPYru/U-Go Brands v. BCSC case from the dates of January 1st 2015 to April 1st 2016 including but not limited to the cost of using an IMSI catcher and/or any other electronic surveillance equipment, the cost of teams consisting of multiple individuals on foot or in vehicles, the cost of helicopter fuel, the cost of helicopter pilots/rentals, any purchases of any helicopters on behalf of or by the BCSC.
H. Total cost to field multiple surveillance units including but not limited to flights, hotels, meals, wages, bonus payments, vehicles, electronics, gas etc.
I. The total cost of all outside legal representation, law firms, lawyers, and but not limited to any council/counsel retained by the BC Securities Commission in regards to the SPYru/U-GO Brands Inc. v. BCSC matter. This includes but is not limited to the following flights, hotels, meals, wages, bonus payments, vehicles, electronics, gas etc.
J. Total cost to retain any and all BCSC staff members who acted as the Council for the Executive Director in regards to the BC Securities Commission and the prosecution of its case against SPYru/U-Go Brands Inc. This includes but is not limited to the following, flights, hotels, meals, wages, bonus payments, vehicles, electronics, gas and any other operating costs etc.
K. Total cost to retain any investigators whether in-house or out of house in relation to the matter between the BCSC and SPYru/U-GO Brands
