The enclosed document is the CERTIFICACTION by the 14th Civil Court of Santiago that Juan Guillermo Torres Fuenetalba and me, are in charge of case rol C-1912-2001 and have attended it at Illustrious Court of Appeals and Excelentisima Crte Suprema de Chile, "as petitioned" by this side to counter BCSC on MSX's behalf.
Respectfully, pass around to shareholders, to redirect all efforts to recover loss, to BCSC, TSX and Barrick that are in over violation of a Court Ordered injunction 2001 to date, criminally peddling a known to be FALSE PROSPECTUS in contravention of Canada's Criminal laws Section 400(1).
The enclosed Judicial letter, destroys BCSC letter of December 16, 2015, used by BCSC to maintain MSX closed in fraud to MSX shareholders and Chilean Judicial decisions..
By virtue of the enclosed, BCSC has no option than to CONCEDE, open MSX for Trade and to commence settlement and payment of losses generated for protecting BARRICK and Silver Wheaton at PASCUA PONZI SCAM.
BCSC has lost the chess game and is Check Mate by the 14th Civil Court of Santiago, presiding over Case Rol C-1912-2001.

b) Backing Pascua Lama with impersonated titles of TESOROS concessions, that under oath MINERA NEVADA SpA at case role 719-2011 at the 2nd Civil Court of Vallenar,, Barrck admitted that its titles DO NOT EXIST..
c) Barrick has filed at TSX, OSC and BCSC with SILVER WHEATON, to own PASCUA LAMA and MINA PASCUA CHILE to sell SLW 25% of PASCUA MINE SILVER in fraud.
Romolo Di Fonzo who i MSX nemesis, and my personal nemesis since INFINEX and ROYAL GOLD times, is at the center of the fraud to Canada's financial markets.
BCSC is urged to open MSX and apologize to my family and business associates, taking immediate steps to correct legal wrongdoings and to compensate any and all loss incurred an created by their wanton violation of Court Injunction C-1912-2001 for over a decade.

Junto con saludarles, vengo en remitirles copia de la certificación confeccionada por la secretaria del 14 juzgado civil de Santiago, en los autos rol c-1912-2001, con fecha 18 de febrero de 2016.
Es muy importante para nosotros, ya que un ministro de fe certifica que todos los hechos expuestos por nuestra parte, como lo son:
1.- somos parte principal y demandante en el juicio.
2.- fuimos parte ante la corte de apelaciones de Santiago por medio de la interposición de un recurso de casación en el fondo.
3.- fuimos parte ante la excelentísima corte suprema.
Con esto refutamos a la comisión de valores de Vancouver de acuerdo a la imputación errada, falsa y dolosa de fecha 16 de diciembre de 2015.
En la misma certificación se alude a mi persona en calidad de abogado patrocina te y mandatario judicial de don Jorge Rodrigo Lopehandia cortes, parte DEMANDANTE.
