Dear Mr. Morneau,
Why do you, the privy council and our financial leaders keep listening to the advice of people from the IMF, Goldman Sachs, BIS, CFR and other institutions and firms in regards to the Regulatory Financial Crisis Canada finds itself in? These are the very scumbags who have created the problem by pushing de-regulation, self-regulation, privatization and numerous other loop-holes and tools they can use to rob citizens of our nation with complete immunity.
Mr. Morneau we will no longer allow for this, it is time for you to decide who you serve. Do you serve the people of this nation whom by law may remove you when you commit treasonous and criminal acts or do you serve the interests of the few who are robbing this nation blind?
We warned Ms. Brenda Leong the CEO of the BC Securities Commission that her refusal to adhere to the rule of law would no longer be tolerated. We gave Ms. Leong every opportunity over the last few years to do the right thing and we could forgive and forget however Ms. Leong has now dug her own grave.
Mr. Morneau, this is now your public trial.. Are you one of the individuals who is working against the interests of not only the citizens of this nation but humanity? Or will you help us build a better Canada where the rule of law is respected and represents the guidelines for every aspect of governance including the financial realm?
An unprecedented financial crisis faces this nation due to the reckless and treasonous actions of those in charge of our banking and regulatory regimes.
While we fully understand there will need to be some sort of transition period in our regulatory and banking systems due to the nature of the beast we will not allow the new CSRA, CMRA and any other planned new National or Provincial Regulators that are based on a conflict of interest and are simply extortion rackets.
Nor will we continue to allow banksters to control our economic policies. Professor of Economics Michel Chossudovsky at the University of Ottawa has wrote two books that are very enlightening when it comes to the monetary policies of the IMF and its cronies. The Globalization of Poverty:Impacts of IMF and World Bank Reforms and 50 Years is Enough: The Case against the World Bank and the IMF. Both of these books provide clear examples of how the insane monetary policies of the IMF destroy peoples and nations while padding the pockets of the banksters.
The following exert is from a book written by a member of the Prime Ministers Privy Council, Mr. Paul Hellyer was a former Canadian Defence Minister who is well versed on the subject of financial and banking reform.
One of his books Money Mafia describes how our financial regulators and our governing officials are colluding with these criminal institutions, banks and other financial corporations to subvert the rule of law, pillage our nation and destroy the futures of our children.
See the following statements regarding the IMF and the World Bank from page 68 of Money Mafia in regards to the destructive polices of the IMF.
"The devaluation of a nations currency has a often been a pre-condition for IMF "help". The Social impact is immediate and brutal. Prices of food staples, essential drugs, fuel and other necessities increase overnight. Government subsidies for the basics have to be reduced or eliminated. IMF packages often specifically prohibit domestic wage increases to compensate for a rapid decline in purchasing power.
Borders must be opened to foreign product. Domestic industries, unable to compete with imports must be allowed to fail. This is the exact opposite of the protectionism that allowed Germany to build a powerful domestic industrial base.
Open borders and unrestricted imports create balance of payment problems. So the IMF encourages Third World countries to concentrate on growing food and specialty crops for export, instead of food for their own people. Millions of additional people are subject to starvation diets as a result.
IMF insistence that many developing countries concentrate on commodity exports, to earn US Dollars with which to pay the interest on their debts, led to a world over-supply and consequently lower prices.
This means the LDC's had even more trouble earning enough to service their existing debt, so they had to borrow money to pay the interest on what they already owed and go further into debt - an inadvertent contribution to the world debt crisis.
Another condition of IMF "help" is that its central bank must be independent from political influence as protection against the alleged inflationary bias of governments. That means a country in financial distress cannot ask its central bank to come to the aid through money creation when that is deemed essential - as Canada and other countries did to escape the Great Depression, help Finance World War II and post-war development. The IMF effectively assumes monetary sovereignty in the countries that it "aids".
There is no reason we as a sovereign nation need to borrow our own money from a private corporation or a group of private corporations and owe high rates of interest to them for having them print our own sovereign money.
This is extortion, in order to reconcile the nation and right the ship that is the impending disaster you must retake the Bank of Canada and return it to its original purpose.
As you are aware our financial regulatory agencies are a sham that extorts our population and helps the banksters hide the massive amount of crimes they have committed against Canadians and all people around the globe.
The upcoming charges in Chile against Barrick Gold and the BC Securities Commission are simply the tip of the iceberg.
Mr. Morneau, we are coming for justice and the restoration of our nation, we will not go away. You will not be able to simply appease Chile and hide the rest of the crimes committed. We are numerous, we are everywhere and will be ensuring the restoration of the rule of law in Canada. Numerous past government officials will become entangled in their webs of deceit and destruction, Ex Prime Ministers are no exception neither are Finance Ministers.
We hope you will do the right thing Mr. Morneau, as you should be aware we have eyes ears and hands everywhere. We are giving the current new Liberal government and all its members a chance to do the right thing regardless of their past. Those who resist the restoration of the rule of law and justice however will find themselves in a situation similar to Ms. Brenda Leong, debating whether she should attempt to skip the country to her tax free account or face the music and get extradited to Chile. We don't recommend the first option as it can only get worse when Interpol puts out a BOLO on you and your cronies.
Mr. Morneau its time put together a platform for real change that will benefit all Canadians not just a few corporate elite and their International Bankster bosses, its time to return the rule of law to the financial world.
Simply put we will not allow the bankers, lawyers and institutions they represent to "fix" the current problem, they have created the problem. They are the problem.
Will you work for justice? Or will you betray the peoples of this nation and continue to conspire against them?
Sincerely
Christopher Burke
