Thursday July 7th/2016

Our news release from today announcing the most important win since I met Jorge on December 24, 2009, because of Sakura Saunders. This NON-appealable court order finishes about five years of litigation where Jorge won until the corrupt decision (3-2 against) about three months ago. This decision overrules all past decisions and ends the corrupt behavior of the bureaucrats in the Chilean government.

Why this is top notch is because Jorge and Juan Guillermo can now call any and all witness. Examples are Peter Munk, Brian Mulroney, Ricardo Lagos, BCSC Securities Commission regulators, Hector Unda Llanos and MANY more.

This witnesses will have about five days to answer their targeted questions. If they do not, the Chilean Justice system calls Interpol and Mr. Mulroney will get a free plane ride to Santiago which includes free accommodation, a jail cell!! We will ask them to allow the handcuffs to be removed!!

Mr. Romolo Di Fonzo (lead investigator) and Shawn McColm (senior compliance counsel) of the BCSC will have their subpoenas shortly. Then come about six more from the BCSC, which includes Brenda Leong, the CEO.

As you can tell, we are serious and intend to BURY numerous crooks. They have tried to destroy your investment!
Best wishes,
