Dear Honorable Minister Morris,

I am contacting you today in regards to a very serious criminal matter involving the BCSC pertaining to the expungement of the BCCOA case file No. CA-43449 that we have obtained through a confidential informant working at the BCSC.  For the document expungement to occur, it had to involve three or more people conspiring to make the BCCOA court document obsolete (disappear) and unavailable to public access.

We refer to the December 13, 2016, screen shot of the BCSC website showed the BCCOA Appeal file number CA-43449 was still posted on the BCSC website. We know that the BCSC posted the Notice on September 14, 2016, to at least December 13, 2016. We also have confirmation that on January 11, 2017, the BCSC the Notice was no longer showing on the BCSC website.

The public BCSC Notice was in direct contravention of the BCCOA ruling file No. CA-43449 dated June 5, 2016, Para 21 (2), which states "Publication of the applicants’ names or other facts that would reveal their identity is prohibited.” The BC Securities Commission and or its employees acted in bad faith when the BCSC employees revealed the names of the BP and RP victims when ordered by the BC Court of Appeal not to publish the victim's names?

Can anyone in the BC Government explain why the BCSC expunged the BCCOA ruling file No. CA-43449? What is the motivation for someone in the BCSC and the BC Government to order the expunging of a BC Court of Appeal case file?

The Judge ruled against the British Columbia Securities Commission saying that the BCSC cannot "Judge" hundreds of people "Guilty" without letting the people know they are on trial. The judge also stated that the people, in this case, are the victims and not the perpetrators. The Judge order that all the names involved be withheld.

Our confidential informant tells us that the BCSC “Covertly Lobbied” to have the case file expunge.

2. Who are they protecting?

3. Why did Farris Law and Hunter Litigation never exposed the BCSC for what they are?

4. Why did Farris Law and Hunter Litigation play us along when they knew we were being setup?

5. What is the Christy Clark government doing?

6. Why has Michael de Jong, Minister of Finance not take responsibility of the BCSC?

7. Why is Ms. Leong still BCSC Chair and CEO?

8. Who is the puppet master in this cover-up?

Honorable Minister Morris, we have been sounding the alarm for the last three years going on four now and no one has paid any attention to the BCSC’s mental cruelty, abuse of power, lying and misleading the public, working outside the law, destroyed many start-up companies for no good reason.

Our former attorneys at Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP and Hunter Litigation Chambers told us that the BCSC has extraordinary powers. What the hell is that all about?

 

When is, your government going to consider what is a financial catastrophic to the province of British Columbia. The government talks about creating new jobs, whew can that be done when you have an out of control Regulatory Agency destroying new ventures and making its own rules as they go along.
