Birch Mountain, Brookfield Asset Management and Witheld Court Transcripts

I cannot yet confirm the truth about the situation between Birch Mountain Shareholders and Brookfield Asset Management however it would appear that Court Hearing Transcripts have been denied to the shareholders of Birch Mountain. Transcripts are usually hidden and denied when they are evidence to further crimes. Further twisting of the laws and destruction of the rule of law so that a few greedy rich may further line their pockets by  robbing the rest will no longer be tolerated.
