To whom it may concern,
We have a situation that requires the attention of the BCSC.
This is in reference to Paradox Distributors of Kelowna, BC selling to Canadian investors off-shore corporate shares of SPYru Inc. of Providencials, TCI.
As of January of this year realizing Paradox was in a compromising position visa vie the BCSC, we terminated our working agreement with SPYru and we stopped signing investors pending the BCSC authorization.
To assist the BCSC, we have prepared a manual detailing full discovery of our commercial activities from 2010 to 2013 working with SPYru Inc., Mr. Klaus Glusing and his son Mark Glusing (deceased 2011) of Providencials, TCI. Klaus Glusing possesses a Canadian Passport and is a past residence of Vancouver, I believe the Glusing’s are known by the BCSC from past elicit activities operating VALUESHIP of Vancouver, this goes back to 2001. It will be our pleasure to FedEx our “Statement of Facts” manual for your review and consideration.

The nature of the Paradox Dist. and SPYru relationship was for Paradox to canvas potential investors to produce and market in Canada and the U.S.A. a healthy functional drink call SPYru Uberwater. SPYru being the holding company all Canadian investment funds were transferred to SPYru.
Please see attached summary of activities for your review and consideration.
For your information, in regards to our commercial activities, it has been business as usual, we are in the process of producing and bottling an all-natural energy drink awaiting investor funds. We have pending orders from U.S. National retailers and we have potential shareholders wanting to invest in our project.
At this time ECHO Partners Ltd. has no shareholder listed, under the BCSC ruling, “Companies under 50 shareholders ruling” can we sign-up investors today so we can insure the company success and protect our investor base. Please advise what BCSC subscription for required.

In addition we have retained the services of a firm to create our Corporate Prospectuses that should be available in the next two weeks for your review and consideration
In reference to ECHO Partners officially registering with the BCSC we have engaged the services of Farris, Vaughan, Wills & Murphy LLP to complete all necessary forms and supply any information requested by the BCSC to insure ECHO is in good standings with the BCSC.
Our intent is to protect our Canadian investors and insure the project is successful.
