$9 MILLION DOLLAR DISGORGMENT BUT NO FRAUD PROVEN??
Tune in tomorrow for how head BC Securities Prosecutor James Torrance and the prosecution for the BCSC try to justify a $9Million dollar disgorgement when no fraud has been committed nor has the BCSC found any evidence of ill gotten gains because we did not receive any.
And we have not even got to the lawyers and collusion yet!
